Zoe Selena Mix is a multi-genre Metis vocalist in the Vancouver- Seattle area. She was born and raised in Tacoma, Washington, where she studied classical voice at University of Puget Sound under Christina Kowalski. She was accepted into the University of British Columbia's prestigious Opera Program in April of 2013. While at UBC she studied with Dale Throness and Marisa Gaetane, honing her light coloratura voice. Zoe was also accepted into the Creative Writing BFA program at UBC in 2015. She is currently working on a Graphic Novel under the tutelage of Illustrator Stan Shaw.
